There are rumors that The Ferret has been shuttling back and forth between his holding in Southern Utah and his alfalfa (which is aflafla backwards) farms in Nevada. Perhaps he fears the federal officials in Utah and is preparing to flee to Nevada? Starting into local politics sounds like a likely first step.
